How Consigning with BABE Works

We’ve made consigning simple so your beautiful pieces can get the second life they deserve.

1. Submit Your Items

Bring your items to BABE during consignment intake hours

contact ShopBabeNOLA@gmail.com and request to have a prepaid envelope sent to you so you can send your pieces via mail directly to us here!

Please make sure items are:
• In excellent and unworn condition
• Free of stains, odors, or damage

Items must be from brands included on the BABE Approved Brand List.

2. We Curate & Price

Our team reviews each item and selects pieces that best fit the BABE Boutique Archive.

Accepted items are:
• Priced based on brand, condition, and demand
• Styled and merchandised in-store and online
• Added to the BABE Archive for customers to discover

Pricing decisions are made by the BABE team to ensure consistency and the best chance of selling.

3. Your Items Are Live

Once accepted, your items are placed on the sales floor and may also be listed online.
Inventory moves quickly, so pieces are typically sold within the active selling period.

4. You Get Paid

When your item sells, you receive your consignment payout based on the final sale price.

Payments can be issued as:
• Store credit
• Digital payment

Payment details and timelines will be provided when your items are accepted.

Consignment Guidelines

To keep the BABE Archive curated and high-quality, we generally do not accept:
• Items with visible wear or damage
• Undergarments or swimwear
• Items not accepted must be picked up within the designated pickup window.
• Unsold items may be discounted during promotions to help them sell.
